{"id":164,"date":"2011-04-06T14:34:34","date_gmt":"2011-04-06T12:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/xn--jrme-bpa1e.net\/blog\/?p=164"},"modified":"2013-08-01T18:40:47","modified_gmt":"2013-08-01T16:40:47","slug":"mousse-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xn--jrme-bpa1e.net\/blog\/post\/164\/mousse-au-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Mousse au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MOUSSE AU CHOCOLAT<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 250 gr. de chocolat 70 %<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 oeufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 gr de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; parfum en option : vanille, \u00e9corce d&rsquo;orange am\u00e8re, grand marnier, kirsch<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mettre les morceaux de chocolat et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau dans un r\u00e9cipient et faire fondre au bain marie.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ajouter le sucre aux jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs, m\u00e9langer avec une cuill\u00e8re de bois jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit mousseux.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Verser le chocolat fondu dans les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs battus (ajouter \u00e9ventuellement le parfum). Bien m\u00e9langer pour obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Battre les oeufs en neige avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel.
